The possible types of a discount, based on how it was applied.

Values​

DiscountType.AUTOMATIC​

A discount that applies automatically when its conditions are met.

DiscountType.CODE​

A discount the customer redeems with a code.

DiscountType.MANUAL​

A discount a merchant adds by hand.

DiscountType.SCHEDULED​

A discount from a subscription plan group's scheduled cycle discounts.

DiscountType.SCRIPT​

A discount applied by a Shopify Script.
